It's an pretty good team I would change some of the moves though. Like for Gardevior I would get rid of calm mind and future sight for shadow ball and psyco boost, and for houndoom crunch and blast burn and dark pulse keep flamethrower, for Umbreon bye to dig and faint attack for crunch and shadow ball, for Gligar gullitine and aero blast for rockslide and brick break and for torterra leaf storm and seed flare for stone edge and razor leaf. For razor fang there is one on victory road and on route 222 I think the path where you get shaymin.

You can get Razor Fang in the route where you can catch houndour, above the Valor Lakefront. You can find it when you walk to the rock path, without the grass patches on the left side of the route. It is hidden in the corner where you can battle a collector in the Long grassy patch

That team is pretty sweet. If I were you I would add giritina it has high stats and is really good. I pwned the e4 with it and torterra. Anyway the razor fan can be found in the victory road somewhere (I forgot DX) and on route 214. Go to the bottom and look for a collector in tall grass. There should be a spot with no grass. You can find it there. Hope I helped XD

But you can't get razor fang until you defeated elite 4 and go on to battle frontier.. To enter victort road or 214

The Razor Fang is a hidden item on route 225. It's in a patch of tall grass with one corner mysteriously empty. That corner contains the fang. As for your team, it looks good, but I'd recommend getting a sixth Pokemon, particularly Froslass due to it covering every Pokemon the elite 4 have that you might have trouble with. Just be sure to give it a ghost move and an ice move.
