means ur pokemon likes u alot
no guest you are wrong, it means that your pokemon had a virus that ups its stats more than usual when you level up. the virus is called pokerus.
this means that ur pokemon has a pokerus on it.if the face is frowning,its a bad kind of pokerus
it meams that ur pokemon has the pokeviruse thats all the star up above that means shiny. ur welcome.
It means that the Pokemon has HAD the pokerus, wen it has the face on it's summery page it means it's cured and can't get it again
I believe this means that your Pokemon is in a full trust relationship with you and it's happiness is max.
