1st off thank you to everyone who answered my last questions. Now, my next question is, now that I have the national pokedex and have made it to the three spots on the battle island, what comes next?

There really isn't much left once you get that far.The only challenges are the Battle Tower and Stark Mountain (where Heatran is).As for extras,there's the Resort Area where there will be a ribbon hall of fame (sorta) that lets you relax one of your party Pokemon everyday and the other is your rival will be in front of the Battle Tower where sometimes,you will optionally get to face him.
If you have completed the side-quest and gone to Stark Mountain and delivered the Magma Stone into Stark Mountain, you have completed the game. You can catch the Pokemon in the volcano, which is Heatran. It's a very good Pokemon, so it may well be worth your while to save before you talk to it, so you can catch a good one. You can take on your Rival as well, or you can choose to face the Tower Tycoon in the Battle Tower, and attempt to defeat him. You can attempt to get ten ribbons on one of your Pokemon, and be able to enter the Ribbon Society in the Resort Area. There, you can purchase expensive Ribbons for your Pokemon. Julia of Sunyshore City is a good way to get Ribbons. You are able to get a total of seven ribbons from her on one Pokemon.
Done EVERYTHING????
You need to do these things before you complete the game
1. Get 5 stars on your Trainer Card.
2. Complete The National Pokedex
3. Get 100 Friends In your Pal Pad
4. Do It Without Cheating
5. Complete ALL Contests in Every Rank and every category
If you complete those 5 things then you've truly completed the game
