how to capture areceus

I don't know how to catch an areceus but I want it urgently .I had read that areceus can be captured by using azure flute but I can't find one

Sorry, but you can only get an azure flute through a nintendo event.

The Azure Flute can only be obtained via Action Replay/Gameshark or Nintendo Event.

You must have an AR and have a cheat to Get Arceus Flute, when you have the cheat you goes in to a random Pokemart, and if the cheat sucsessed it should be a man with green cloth who never had stand there before, you get the flute from him, then you go on top of Mt.Coronet (where you met Palkia/Dialgia) and use the flute. Then you battle arceus at lv.80.
