Witch stone do you use to evolve eevee to umbreon the dark form and no telling me to use a cheat or level up at night.?

You have to get your Eevee to a max friedship. You do that by having it hold a soothe bell, give it massages in Veilstone City, Give it vitamins, don't let it die, and if it gets a status problem then heall it right away. Then when it has max friendship (You have a poketch app that you can go to and press on one of the moving Pokemon and if there are 2 big hearts then it has max) level it up at night.
Get eevee to max friend ship and level it up and it will evolve only at night

Max friendship then level up at night same if you want a espeon but for espeon you need level up in the day
