Hey I got all 4 badges and beat galactics in valley windwork , patoria city and eterna city got back dawn's pokedex.......

Well you need to go to celestic town witch you can't until you get secret powder .and you get that by first going to pastoria and talking to team galitic hes by the safari and just keep following him till you get to the lake and follow in and and beat team galitic and finish hem off then go back to the route 210 and go top the pshyduck that are blocking the way you should see the Champlain there and go talk to her and she move them
