Okay how do I get my riolu to get happy so he can evolve into lucario

There are five easy things you could do to help you Riolu grow great Happiness:

1) Give it many various vitamins
2) Don't let Riolu faint in battle
3) If it gets a status condition, such as a burn or frozen, then heal it right away
4) Give it massages, from the Person in Veilstone City
5) Have it hold a Soothe Bell, which will help it grow even more Happy

Get it so it likes you by battleing with it restoring it and it can only evolve at nighttime

To make him happy you have to put him 2nd in your party right behind a very strong pokemon
To make him evolve you have to train him

You need to get Riolu's happiness to max. Then it will evolve. Give it items to hold, feed it stuff, DON'T USE RARE CANDIES TO LEVEL IT UP, and so forth.

There are alot of ways to make it evolve. One go to the spa if you have beaten the game at the battle island and keep doing this for a few days.
Two give items like hp up, attack up, etc. The last reason that I know that will make it evolve is have it hold a soothe bell it will be alot faster if it has that item. I hope this helps!!!

Mine evolved when I reached lvl 20 after I got a caraniadose from my friend and put it on my team and than I walked a bit and it evolved like how an egg would hatch
