ph∂l∂nx answered:

1. You can get strength from one of the elderly ladies in the very top of the Lost Tower on route 209.

2. I myself use.

Chimchar
Shinx
Budew
Psyduck
Garchomp
Drapion

You can use Ponyta, as a substitute for fire, Floatzel for water, and Snover for grass (also can be used for ice)

Usually I don't even use those, as I trade other Pokemon from my Pearl version for an even better team.

Michael answered:

1) HM Strength can be found on the Top Floor of The Lost Tower, which is located right below Solaceon Town.

2) My opinion for a good team is Heracross, Dragonite, Salamence, Vaporeon, Torterra, and Hitmonlee.

Hope this helps you!!!

~Lukie answered:

The HM strength is found on the top floor, which is the fifth, of the Lost Tower, which is between Hearthome City and Solaceon Town. Speak to the old lady and she will give it to you.

About the good non-legendary team : I don't think there's a real best team, just try and have a balanced team, not having the same type twice, and try to get some Pokemon that have two types, and try to teach your Pokemon a mixture of moves, and train them up.

Hope this helps,
~Lukie.
