I can answer the second question. In order to evolve Seadra into a Kingdra you need to level it up while it is holding a DragonScale. Hope I helped. Lt. Shadow Verwolf out.

All right.If you whant to get a kingdra get a friend and trade your seadra to him/her ok.Now this is the most important part of the whole thing before you trade you MUST HAVE IT HOLD A DRAGON SCALE!!!Rite when it gets to your friend it should evolve.When your done just trade it backandnow you have a brand new kingdra!!hope I helped!!/dragonmaster372
