Aaron- He uses bug types so get a Fire, Flying, Ground, or a Rock type to take care of them. But beware of his Drapion, It knows a variety of different moves. And is Poison/Dark. Not Bug.

Bertha- She uses Ground types. Get a Water, Grass, or Ice type.

Flint- He is supposed to use fire but he has a lot of different types. Get a Water, Fighting, Ground, Electric.

Lucian- He uses psychic types, so get a dark, ghost, bug, fire, flying.

Cynthia- She is the champion. Get an Electric, fire, flying, grass, ground, ice.

Aaron is a bug trainer he has a dustox lv 53 drapion lv 57 beauitfly lv 53 vespiquen lv 54 and heracross lv 54 so a good fire type or fire type move should get you through him with ease and a good earthquake on drapion

Bertha is a groud type trainer and has quagsire lv 55 whiscash lv 55 sudowoodo lv 56 hippowdon lv 59 golem lv 56 so a good grass and water type will spell the end for her

Flint is mixed really he has rapidash lv 58 infernape lv 61 stellix lv 57 drifblim lv 58 lopunny lv 57 so you'll need a team of a varity of Pokemon to beat him

Lucian is extremly tough he uses psychic types so have a dark or gost type move or Pokemon he has mr.mime lv 59 bronzong lv 63 girafarig lv 59 medicham lv 60 alakazam lv 60 he has a fast team so get some speedy Pokemon his bronzong is the toughest get a good fire type on him

Cynthia is a hard one it's hard to pick out the perfect for her she has spirtomp lv 61 garchomp lv 66 gastrodon lv 60 milotic lv 63 lucario lv 63 roserade lv 60 her garchomp is the fastest and propley the strongest on her team you'll need good matchups good speed power and defence and a lot of full restores and revives to beat her so just pick away at her team best you can and just keep yours alive you'll really need a varity of moves here
