No you can't go anywhere out of the Sinnoh region.My friend code is in my bio.Tell me what time to go on and what day.Plus I need your friend code.Tell me if you want specific moves and evs.Please rate my answer.
The only place off of the Sinnoh Mainland is the Battle Area. But that is still considered Sinnoh. And maybe just maybe you could spend the time training a Dratini up to a Dragonite. Dratini are found in the fourth floor of Mt. Coronet, need a super rod.
