how many rotoms

Some put a question abut killing there rotom(which has a blue glow around it)and restarded then did it again but it had a red glow around it.ans.was it is probaly shiny.now I attacked the rotom from my game and the glow was green .plz tell me whats going on

That means that it is shiny. There is a rediculous chance every time you meet a wild Pokemon including legendaries that is will be shiny. Shiny Pokemon basically are a different color and sparkles show when you enter battle.
