I have a problam,why won't my seadra evolve?It is not holding an everstone,it already have two big hearts in my Pokemon watch and it is at level 64.thanks in advance

I'm sorry, but Seadra only evolves, when you trade it, while holding a Dragon Scale.

Same as others you must give it a dragon scale and trade it.dragon scale can be obtained by wild carvahna and sharpedo.
