It is said that you can get turtwig to learn super power when it hatches but I can't figure out how? Please help

What you can do is you can get a female turtwig to mate with a male Pokemon that can learn Superpower(Totodile, Feraligatr, Croconaw are all good ones that can directly breed with turtwig and it's evolutions). You should get a turtwig that knows Superpower and whatever moves the male Pokemon knows, just make sure that the male Pokemon is one of the suggestions above. And it's all got to do with egg groups, and moves that Pokemon can learn, it's simple once you learn it.
