It's missingno, and you don't want to get it because it will screw up your game royally.
You don't want it. It will well and truly destroy your game file. So there's no point even trying.
There is one way, But!! Restart your game don't save it and put ar on then wlak through the trees onto the water until battle

Listen, Most people above are recommending NOT to even try. I agree with them. Dont, for the sake of your game. But if you're dying to get it, I suppose you could give Shadow's idea a try.
You don't want Missingo it's a very bad glich Pokemon it wont always mess up your game BUT it has a 99.9 chance of it messing up your game!!!!!!!!!!
