I don't know how to add friend codes or how to access your pal pad HEELLPPP!!!
I will appreciate it if you help me !!

Well, did you get your pal pad yet? If not, go downstairs at the Pokemon Center in Jubilife City and talk to one of the ladies. Then, just go to it in your Key Items pocket. From there you should probably be able to figure it out.

You get the Pal Pad by going downstairs in any Pokemon Center and then they give you one and then in the key items pocket in your bag, you click it and it should have 3 options, Check Friend Roster, Register a Friend Code, And *your name*'s Friend Code, and you can register Friend Codes using the second option, or you can get a friend and mix records with them.
