odd keystone

So I found the odd ketstone and I dropped it into the crumbling tower does anyone know whet the point of that was? Thanks in advance for you're help.

If you meet 30 people in the underground and you go back to the tower then you get to have chance to catch Spiritomb a dark/ghost pokemon.

Another way to meet 30 people in the underground is to have 2 people. Have one stand a step away from your secret base. Then have someone keep walking in and out of the secret base and talk to the person who is outside. Keep doing that

Ah, so you found the Odd Keystone. After you drop it in the well-looking (tower saying) thing you will have to then talk to thirty people underground. Additionally, these people cannot be miners from down there. It has to be through DS - Wireless play. Basically, talk to thirty of your friends in the Underground area, and then you will be able to catch the Pokemon known as Spiritomb. Look him up in the Super Cheats Pokedex to find out some information on that Pokemon, but it is a really good Pokemon if you know how to use him. So once you're done talking to thirty of your friends underground, good luck catching Spiritomb.

This is for collecting a spiritomb.
I don't know exactly how though.

Go to the underground and meet 30 people and then go back to the tower and battle spiritomb.
