How do you get the people to stop blocking the way at the battle park? And how do you get the man thats blocking a another way to another part of the tunnel on the victory road to move? He's not that for from the exit to the Pokemon leauge (hes on the right side).

You have to see all the pokemon. (you don't have to catch them). But if your wondering were to see dialga go to the town with the pictures of palkia and dialga. I don't know about the victory road thing but I've gotten past it. It wasnt that easy.
