My elctabuzz won't evolve even though I gave it electrizer!!!!plz help

This is a common question with a simple answer.
You've done everything right so far, the only thing to do now is trade it with the electrizer equipped. After that, you should be the proud owner of an Electivire.

Electabuzz didn't evolved because you need to trade it with the electrizer so when you trade it, it will evolve.
Your Electabuzz did not evolve, because you have to trade your Electabuzz holding the Electrizer. If none of your friends will help you, or don't play the game, I'm sure someone on this site will help you.
