windmill town

I saw this video of Pokemon diamond and pearl [sorry if not spelled right] it showed a place called windmill town but what realy confused me is that it's on route 4,so how do you get to windmill town please answer please?

There is no such thing as wingmill town or route 4 in Diamond or Pearl.

Are you absolutely sure that the video you saw was for Pokemon Diamond, Pokemon pearl, or for any other Pokemon game for that matter? There is no such place in Pokemon Diamond, nor in Pokemon Pearl called Windmill town, nor is there a Windmill Town in any other Pokemon game. The video that you saw might have been about one of the fan made Pokemon games, they are pretty much like extra hacked versions of Pokemon Fire Red and other Pokemon games. There could have been a Windmill Town in one of those hacked games, but that town is not in any real Pokemon game. Route 4 does not exist either, I think that the little route is Route 5. Hope this helps.
