Comment:(May 23 2008) thanks cheating-is-good. i just forgot wher the move learner was. i needed to evolve my piloswine.

Who is he, you mean the move tutor? Well, if you go into Pastoria City and have a small look around, you will probably find the Move tutor in his hose by a lake. If you see a big man that says that he is standing in the center of town, then you know that you are at the correct house. Go inside that house with the man outside, and you will see the move tutor. Now, you need to know that he will only teach your Pokemon moves that they previously learned. Also, you will have to have a heart scale to give to him before he will teach your Pokemon a move. You can find Heartscales in the Sinnoh Underground.

THE MOVE TUTOR IS IN PASTORIA CITY AT THE BOTTOM BY THE LAKE WHERE A MAN IS STANDING IN FRONT OF.

There is a move relearner who is in Pastoria in a house and he wants a heart scale and he will reteach moves to one or more of your pokemon. There is also a person on route 228 who will teach the ultimate moves only to an Infernape, Empoleon, or Torterra.
