I have to apoligize, because I do not fully understand your question. What are you supposed to do when you meet the legendary Pokemon Heatran? Why, you are supposed to either capture him and add him to your Pokedex, or you can battle Heatran and defeat him. After you make your decision, follow through with it, then explore the rest of the Battle Island. If this is not what you were asking, then I am again, sorry.

Well wen you meet heatran I suddgest you catch him cause I did and I am glad I did he has ana attack (lava plume) and it is very powerfull but he is kinda hard to catch so what you need to do is get ultra balls around 30 and weaken him till his health gets low on the red and then throw your poke balls like crazy and it could be better if you put him to sleeo first
