Alright, first, just let me clear something up that might have caused some confusion. You see, just because there is an Island, or land mass on the map does not mean that you will be able to visit them. I know that you can visit one more Island called Newmoon Island, but that is only when you go to a Nintendo Event, so really there are no more Islands that you can visit. Hope this helps.
Nothing I don't think you can get there it's maybe just there so you could ask hehe
I do not think you can go to them. There is one called newmoon island but to go there you have to go to a nintendo event. Or simply your looking at what I call blank islands wehre there is a mass of land on the map but really there is nothing there. Hope this helps.
I guess that those islands are just part of the "unknown zone," or whatever that area is called. They are just a bunch of landmasses that don't have any real significance to the game, kind of like the blue truck in Red, Blue, Yellow, FireRed, and LeafGreen versions, except you can't visit these. I guess they were just put on the map to make Sinnoh look larger and more cool looking.
Good luck going to all the islands, though!!!
