I can't get into the hotel inn because it's tightly shut and impossible to open how do I get in there.

The only way that you can get into the lock door of the Canalave Harbour inn is by going to an Nintendo Event. You have to go to a Nintendo Event to get the Membership card so that you can enter into the Hotel. Another way to get the Membership card is by using a cheat device called an Acton Replay. You can enter in a certain code, and it will give you the item that you need to get into the hotel. Hope this helps.
Use an Action Replay. That's what I did. Just get one at Wal-Mart for about $20. Then look in the Action Replay cheats section here at Supercheats. Go into a Pokemart with the code on. While the screen goes black press L and R at the same time. There should be a delivery guy in green. Talk to him and you'll get a Member's Card. What's creepy is that apparently, they guy in the inn was waiting for you for fifty years. Remember that you character is only 10 years old.
