Um, wow. I wonder if this is a first? You just asked a question, and then answered it with one submission, not bad at all. Well, like you said in order to get Shaymin, Darkrai, and Arceus you need to go to an Nintendo Event when one comes to a town or city near you. You can find out when an Event is happening by looking on Pokemon.com, or on Nintendo.com regularly, the date, place, and time will be listed there for your viewing pleasure.

Well I'm not sure yet either but they had manaphy in australia & darkrai for japan but I'm not sure if there was anywhere else. I will tell asap. But until then you can still get one by using a action replay. I hoped this helped.

They didnt have the manaphy event in aussie
They've never had an event in aussie
Thats why I rely on ar to get the event pokemon
