Does anyone no where you get the hm strength plz help if you can I cnt mema were 2 get it

Hey, don't worry about it, I, and other people will help you. There is always someone here ready to answer your question. You can find the HM strength in the lost tower, on the top floor. Now, you can find the lost tower somewhere south of Solaceon town if I can remember correctly, so good luck.

As cheating-is-good said, you find Strength on the 5fl floor of the lost tower, the lost tower is south of Solaceon town. On the fifth floor you will see an old couple the women gives you HM for strength, and if my memory is correct the man gives you a cleanse tag.
