Espeon: Frienship Evolution between 4AM & 7:59PM
Umbreon: Friendship Evolution between 8PM & 3:59AM
Leafeon: Level-up @ Eterna Forest
Glaceon: Level-up @ Route 217

Here is how to evolve eevee into it's different form,
Glaceon: Route 217, level up in grass surrondins a small blue rock.
Leafeon: Level up in Eterna Forest in the grass around a green rock
Jolteon: Thunder stone
Vaporeon: Water stone
Flareon: Fire stone
Espeon: Friendship evolution between 6am and 6pm
Umbreon: Friendship evolution between 6pm and 6am

To evolve Eevee into a Flareon, Jolteon, or Vaporeon. You just have to use either a Fire stone, a Thunder stone, or a water stone respectively. To evolve Eeevee into an Espeon, you have to max out your friendship with him, and then level him up in the morning. To get an Umbreon, do the same thing as Espeon, but instead, level it up in the nighttime. To get a Leafeon, you need to level up Eevee by the grass rock located in Eterna Forest. To get a Glaceon, level up Eevee by the glacier rock on Route 216, or 217.
