Well, welcome back. Unfortunately, I have no idea what mountain it is that you are talking about. I know about two mountains, they are Mount. Coronet, and Stark Mountain. Are you sure that you don't mean of those two?
There is no hard mountain in Pokemon diamond or Pokemon pearl, sorry. But there are Mt. Coronet and Stark Mountain. But if you mean Hard Mountain you want find it.
