Where do you get super rod and how do you get a febas

You can only get the super Rod after you have beaten the Elite Four, and gotten the National Pokedex from Professor Oak. Once you have done that then you can get the super Rod, by following these steps. Go to SnowPoint City and the Ferry to the Battle Island. Go to the Battle area, and explore the houses around the Battle tower, one of them has the Fisherman with the Super rod inside of it.
As for feebas, I dunno where I forgot.
You get the Super Rod after you beat the elite four. Go o Snowpoint City and Sail to the Battle Area. Talk to the fisherman beside the entrance of Route 225 and he will give you a Super rod and you can catch Feebas in Mount Cohornet.
