hearthome help

I have gotten the first four gym badges but when I go to hearthome city the little guy in the gym says she is gone and that I need to travel more what do I do next

The way to pastoria is blocked by psyducks and I just don't know what to do.... If you need more help I will be glad to tell you anything you need about the game

While you are in Hearthome City, go to the big circular building, also known as the Contest Hall. Right before you enter, then gym leader Fantina should come up behind you, and talk to you. Then go inside of the huge dome, and talk to your mommy, and then try to win some contests. After that, head south of Hearthome City, and go east of the Pokemon Mansion. Eventually, you should come upon Pastoria City, which was your destination in the first place. Go to the northern part of Pastoria City, and you should see a team Galactic Grunt standing there. Talk to him, and he will run off, so follow him, and talk to him again when you see him. Repeat this process, and eventually you will battle him, after that you should be up near Lake Valor. So look around for Cynthia, as she will come up, and give you the Secret Potion.

You can't battle her yet, but you'll get to her later. The path to Pastoria City is not blocked by Psyducks. The route to Celestic City is. To get the ducks to move, go to Hearthome City, and go south. You will come to Pastoria City. Do whatever you need to there, the keep moving east. Then, go north untill you get to Lake Valor. You should find Cynthia there, and she will give you a secret potion. Go give that to the Psyducks and they will move.
