i could use some assistance
Ok I have a few. 1. What is the purpose of the odd keystone? 2. How do you get arceus? And 3. After defeating boss cyrus at the tower and catching palkia, I've only seen galactics at iron island. Where is he now?

I think I can help answer your questions...
1) The Odd Keystone is used to restore the tower on the route south of Solaceon Town. This tower is essential to catch Spiritomb, or whatever it's name is (the green and purple blob.)
2)Go to a nintendo event that is giving out the Azure Flute. When (or if) you get it, go to the spot where you capture Palkia and play it. A staircase will descend from above. Go up them, and there is Arceus. Beware, for it is at level 80, the strongest wild Pokemon in the game.
3)Well, I don't think I can help you here. I don't remember for sure, but I think the last time you see him is when you defeat him and catch Palkia.

Odd Keystone, that is the item that you need to bring back the Lost tower, it is located south of Solaceon Town. You need to restore the tower, so that you can capture a level 20 Spiritomb, who is a really good Pokemon, with no move weaknesses. There is also something that you must do though. Even if you have the Odd Keystone, there is another goal to accomplish, you have to go underground, 32 times, and talk to a friend there. Annoying I know, but no joke.
There a few ways to get Arceus, some easier than others, but I will tell you all of them. The first way to obtain an Arceus, is to either go to Japan where they are holding events, or wait for the Events to come to where you live so that you can go to the Event, and get the Azure Flute. Once you manage to obtain the Flute, go back to the Mountain that Palkia was on, and go all the way to the spear pillar, where you fought the Galactic boss. One there, the flute will play, and magical stairs will appear.
After walking a really long way, you will come to the top of the stairs, and before you will be arceus, god of Pokemon, at a nice level 80. Why? Does it matter where he is, the only thing that you would be able to do, is talk to him. You might want to try all the Galactic Buildings, or look at a place where he stole something. In the other games, the Rocket/Magma/aqua boss always showed up at some un-expected place. Giovanni appeared in the Gym, Maxie, and Archie(magma, and aqua leaders.) were found at Mount. Pyre, returning the orbs they stole, so I am sure that Cyrus is lurking around somewhere. After all, he did say that you would meet again.

I think you can see cyrus one more time,at his grand parents house in sunyshore city.he asks you to join team galactic,to rob the veilstone departmet store.after that you can never go back in the store.P.S.cyrus is only there on certain days-i don't know exactly when.hoped I helped
