Spiritomb is really difficult.

You have to go into the underground network, and talk to 32 people. Not the hikers that sell and trade things down there, but friends you can meet there. Over the wireless.

If you only have one friend, then you can go down, meet them, then leave, and go back down, meet them again etc... Til you have done this 32 times. THEN you have to go to the hallowed tower (which requires an odd keystone, also found by digging in the walls in the underground network) and you will encounter it. Phew!

You can find dratini behind the waterfall in Mt. Coronet. Fish with your super rod. They are a bit rare.

To get a Spiritomb you must get the key-item called and Odd Keystone, and go to the lost tower, south of Solaceon Town. Before you go in, use your explorer kit to go underground with a friend. Once you are underground, leave and go back in, and do this process 32 times, each time you go underground, talk to your friend. After doing all of that, go to the lost tower, and Spiritomb should be in there. You can talk to the same person 32 times, it does not have to be a different person each time, and the hiker underground that sells you items, and traps does not count.

Go deep into Mt. Coronet, and you should see a big water fall, fish behind the waterfall using your Super Rod, and you might encounter a Dratini, and I say might, because they are really rare.
