What do I do after I have got the strength badge and how do I do what ever I have to do please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You mean the 3rd badge?in veilstone city? If so, go to team galactics wherehouse and you will se dawn standing infront of one of two team galactic guyes. Then talk to dawn and she will ask if you can help here beat the to guys in a duble battle. After that you go inside thear werehouse and you will see a pokeball.it hass HM03 fly in it. So you can fly to places.
