I have the sun ribbon and I have given it to riolu and gone to luminous spring and it still won't let me evolve email me with the answer at [email protected]

your riolu doesnt need an item it just needs to be at level 35 and then you have to defeat darkrai then wait a couple of days in the game and ursaring will come and tell you somethings different about luminous spring then you can evolve.
Do a mission to get a sun ribbon. Your IQ has to be above 1 star.Defeat darkrai and ursaring will tell you that luminous spring is working.Go there to evolve.
You must defeat Darkrai your Riolu must be at Lv 30 or 35.Wait until ursaring comes to your Team base he shall warn you about Luminous Spring that it reaveled it powers.Then you go there and viola a fine Lucario at your Disposal my friend.
Makes sure you're the right level and have beaten the game first.
