I didn't know there was a new version... When is this game out in english!? Is it in 2009 or 2010...? Does any one know when...?

Propley 2010 seeming as we get the Pokemon games after Japan and USA.

In Japan, the release date is spring 2009, and for Canada and US, it comes out later in 2009. (rumor seems to say it comes out in september)

No. It comes out October 12 2009 as far as I know. There might be a shipping problem though and it might come out later that week so yeah! Hope that Helped!
