Beating Primal Dialga was just the main story. After you beat graduate from the guild, there's still quite a bit to go through. Keep going through the game until you come to the Darkrai Event in Darkness and Time. Once you beat Darkrai, the full game will be completed. Now all that's left to do is recruit and train Pokemon. Like recruiting all of the legendary Pokemon, and all other Pokemon in the game.

Once you beat the main story I'm glad to say there's a side story, first off after a couple days you'll see Mr.mime just standing around, talk to him to start the side story.

After that you start the side story. After you graguate wait a couple of days you will see mr mime talk to him he will tell you about the leadrendary explorer sizor go to blizard island (20f)and reascue him. Wait a couple days you will find manaphy wait a couple of days he will get sick go to miracle sea(20f)and beat garadose and get a miracal dew. Give it to manaphy and soon he will leave. Sleep a couple of days then you will see a small thing of crassalia and darkria in your dream sleep again you wil see creassalia again and then palkia will drag you off to spacial rift get through spacial rift (14+9f)and right befor palkia and cressalia tries to kill you another cressalia will apaer. She will tell you that the other one is darkria in discise. Darkria will tell you that it's not your fall for the distortion in space it's darkrias doing. Go to dark crater with you your partner and cressalia. Get to the end(15+14f) and beat darkia and 6 minons darkrai will trie to run into a time portal. But palkia appers and shatters it while he was in it causeing him to lose his memorie like you. Then you are free to get to the final rank and recrute the ledrendarys (even though darkria dissaperd he can still be found in 5 locations when youhave the secret slab or mystery part in your bag cheak the walkthrough for the locations all I remember is he is on miracal sea floor 6 and is very hard to get) you can also recrutet all the other pokemon. When you beat the whole game even the manphy and darkrai thing.... I would get all of the legendaries, lvl. Them up, get the master rank, and evolve your starters.
