You do not need one all you have to do is go to someplace called something stairs.you do not got to go up any flours because you go strait up to him.i do not know how many times you need to do this so just keep on tring.good luck.


Note-you need to be lv70 to 100 to defeat he

you don't have to you go to main menu do wonder mail then you click receive wonder mail then click nintendo fi-wi conection wait for some minutes when it comes there's wonder mail's around the world then click on the wonder mail that says the place you have to go is "sky stairway" then click on the wonder mail and then you get it.and then when you click take job it says about 1 of the seven treasures called "Sky Melodica" then it says that this is a top secret mission and then it deletes it self and then you go there and on top is rayquaza first you beat it you get the treasure "Sky Melodica" then you come back after you sleep get your "sky melodica" Go to sky stairway let your leader hold it then when you beat rayquaza he wants to join your team
