Jirachi is on Purity Forest 99th floor. It will automatically ask to join you.

Hi!!! It is celebi who is a purity forest jirachi is a wish cave n you can win it by roar roar n more roars 5 min of roar may help....srry arhhh

Jirachi is on Wish Cave 99th floor, but you can either recruit him, or get a wish, the wishes are either loads of money new friend areas or a new Pokemon to join your team. But if you get a wish you can go back again and recruit him..

Just recruit him it's hard enough to get him and get there I was on 55 and then I died! That sucks!
