How do you recruit ho-oh and when do you fight Lugia and wats the biggest Pokemon you can be???thanks to the first person who helps me!

I don't know hoe to recruit ho- oh. Every time I try he disappears!
To get to Lugia you need to recruit the three legendary birds.
And the biggest Pokemon you can be is probebly whailord or however you spell it.

I've never captured or even found Ho-Oh so I don't know how to get him.

On the other hand, Lugia can be got after capturing the 3 legendary birds ; Articuno, Moltres and Zapdos.

For the biggest pokemon... I would say a legendary Pokemon such as the one's mentioned above.

To get ho-ho you need to get all the legendary Pokemon then you need to find him and beat him

Ho-Oh is at Mt. Faraway and you can get him only if you're leader kills him and you're leader is smaller than Ho-Oh... I suggest you're leader to hold a friend bow too and have lots of revival seeds... And if you know... What is the best way to recrute the three legendary birds????? Thanks and you're welcome!!!!!!

To get ho-oh his friend area is rainbow peak or something and I took a friend bow with me and I recruited him on the first try hes at the peak of mt. Faraway which you get after beating entei raikou and suicune. Good luck

1.to get ho-oh you need to buy his friend area rainbow peak and clear Northwind Field Lightning Field and Fiery Field but you don't get it on first go 2.the biggest you can be is Lugia I think
