volt tackle
I have caught 34 pikachues and none of them have had a light ball and I relly want a pichu with volt tackle so is there anothere way to get volt tackle? (sorry about the spelling).

No. Sorry. But there is two other ways to get a light ball:
1)If you havent beat red yet, get a lv100 Pokemon that knows thief.his pikachu has a light ball
2)get a banette that has the ability frisk.this will let you know the held item of a wild pokemon

A stantler also has frisk sometimes thats how I got mine
Another way: in fire red and leaf green the lady who teaches ultimite moves will teach volt tackle if you have a pikachu that trusts you fully
ps. You can get all four ultimite moves on red blue green and yellow

I actually got really lucky with mine because I was catching 2 pikachus for breeding purposes and then the 2nd one I caught was holding a light ball:P now I have 4 pichus with volt tackle. I'm wondering when his friendship will be high enough to evolve though...

If you got the wi-fi event yellow forest you can catch a pikachu that knows volt tackle or you can get a light ball both can be found on the pokewalker route

dude you need to get him to breed while holding the light ball he doest learn it the pichu that comes from his egg does

I got mine by teaching my ninjask the move theif, ninjask has a good speed, my ninjask was lvl 53 and it has a speed of 230 make sure youre pokemon do not hold something. hope this help.

Now just give that light ball to a female pikachu and breed it with another pokemon (male pikachu or ditto) and the pichu will hatch knowing volt tackleGuest answered:

I did it easily I found more pikachu's came out when I used a pikachu but when I found one with the light ball it was easy but they breed realy fast and that caused a few problems.
