Hi is there a place or website that I can submit a idea for a new Pokemon game,because I have this radical idea for a game.

There is no need to make a duplicate question in a different section, even if you doesn't have to do with HeartGold. As for your question, read what I said in the SoulSilver section.

I don't want to seem like I'm breaking the rules by writing a response to a question of no relevance to this game (The "Bump" rule), but you should go through the proper channels. Search Google for the contact info for The Pokemon Company. I know that they have an office in Seattle and New York as part of the main Nintendo office there. If you're intentions are of a good nature, then I hope you get your idea processed. But, if you're only asking this question with an intention on making trouble to the other members who enjoy playing Pokemon games, I hope karma gets the best of you.
