help again please!
Okay Sab.z and actionreplay master, I tried to go up when I first got to the island after the elite 4, and then I went all the way to the right to where you can surf, but there are people blocking both ways what's that all about?

Got the national dex? Youll need it. You wont just get it from beating the elite 4 you have to see all the pokemon. You may need to go to celestic town to see palkia.

You need to obtain the National Dex, which is obtained by SEEING all 150 Pokemon in the Sinnoh Dex. Here's a little guide by Merriland to help you: http://www.gamefaqs.com/portable/ds/file/925601/45138
(Once you're there, click "CTRL" + "F" and then type in "s8.6." This will bring you to the locations of the Pokemon found in the Sinnoh Dex). Good luck!
