How to get to Pokemon league
On the victory road a far guy isn't letting me go out of the cave..he says you'll grow tougher and all that..how to get past him?

The cave the fat guy is blocking isn't the exit to victory road, that is the entrance to Rt 224 where you can obtain shaymin from a Nintendo event. The exit to the victory road is a large cave opening that isn't far from where you are, you just need to use rock climb and cross some bridges.
Ps-the exit is north, or above where the fat man is and there is a bridge on a higher ledge next to him that leads you to the exit.
