There are a total of Eight Pokemon Gyms in Pokemon, like all other Pokemon Games. After you defeat the Final Gym Leader, simply surf north of the city to Victory Rosd. Victory Road will lead you to the Pokemon League where you can take on the Elite Four and Champion.
