How can I get Pokemon to obey me when I can't level them up any
I used a cheat that allowed me to get each starter for the four generations, includind Diamon/Pearl and the ones before it... But they wont listen to me, is there anyway I can get them to like me and let me use them in battle?

Normally, you get Pokemon to listen to you by earning more Gym Badges. After you have obtained all Eight Gym Badges, Pokemon of any level should listen to you. See if this works. If it doesn't work, the Cheat you used is the reason why they won't listen to you. I don't think you can get rid of that. If this happens to be what's wrong, try breeding those Pokemon and getting new starter Pokemon.
