You can receive Pokemon Eggs from the Daycare Man in Solaceon Town if you put two Pokemon of the same Egg Group in the Daycare. Sometimes it takes a while, so you have to walk around and come back.

You cn get an egg by a man next to the exit of Hearthome city.
You can get an egg in Iron mountain

You can also breed your Pokemon and get eggs. Female and male with the same Nature can make an egg. Also if a Pokemon is with a Ditto.
