Question for Pokemon Diamond
One day I was at the battle tower using my charizord against a munchlax and on one move it used metrome which turned into hydro cannon anyway here's my question charizords have low defense how is it pssible that it not only didn't knock him out but if(this was a while back)I recall correctly he barely took a scrach and won the battle when hydro cannon should have knocked him out.

Hydro Cannon is a Special Attack. Charizard has an Avaerage Special Defense Stat. The main reason why Hydro Cannon didn't do much to Charizard was because Munchlax has a Very Low Special Attack Stat. Because of this, Hydro Cannon had little effect.
