The last Four Gyms can be found in Hearthome City, Canalave City, Snowpoint City, and Sunyshore City.
You probably have already been to Hearthome City.
Canalave City can be found West of Jubilife City.
Snowpoint City can be found in the far North of the Sinnoh Region. You can get there by using the Celestic Town Mt. Coronet Entrance.
Sunyshore City can be found East of Lake Valor. You will only gain access if you defeat Team Galactic on Spear Pillar and battle Dialga.
