The hearthome city gym leader isnt there. Where is he/she and how do I get her/him back?

I believe the Gym Leader for Hearthome City will be in her Gym after you defeat the Gym Leaders in Pastoria City and Veilstone City, defeat Team Galactic in Veilstone City, and visit Cynthia's Grandmother in Celestic Town.

You have to get the hm surf from the elder in Celestic Town. You also have to beat the Veillastone City gym leader and the Pastoria City gym leader.

You can get the Hearthome city Gym Leader, whose name is Fantina I believe, by greeting her in the Contest Hall to the left of the Gym itself. She would be the one with the giant purple mountain on her head ^_^. I hope this helped you. :D
