The guy in the Oreburgh City Museum will revive Pokemon Fossils for you. If you bring him a Pokemon Fossil, he will revive it into a normal Pokemon.

Talk to the man in the Oreburg Museum (the one that talks about fossils) and choose which fossil you want to revive. He will then tell you that he needs time, leave the museum and immediatly enter again. Talk to the man again and he will give you your pokemon. You cannot have more than 5 Pokemon in your party.

Well I have a scull fossil, it shows in the bag in the underground but not up in the main world..how ever if I go to the guy in the museum he doesn't even realizes that I have a fossil...can someone tell me what to do ?

I think you have to go underground, press x to open up the menu, go down to treasures, and click the fossil. Then return to the surface and give the fossil to the guy.
